When you visit the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical data, such as IP address, device type, browser type, general location derived from IP, referring URLs, and dates/times of access. We may use cookies or similar technologies as described below.

Third-party platforms. If you interact with us through Discord, FiveM, or other platforms, those providers process information under their own privacy policies. We do not control their practices.

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate about updates, rules, or safety;
  • Monitor and protect the security and integrity of the Services;

8. Rockstar Games & Take-Two

We are not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. This Privacy Policy describes our practices only. Game platforms and clients (e.g., GTA V, FiveM) have separate operators and privacy policies. See also our Terms of Service for trademark and disclaimer information.

9. Security & retention

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission over the Internet is fully secure. We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required by law.

10. International users

If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate, which may have different data protection rules than your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate.
