These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and related online services operated by AP SYSTEM32.BIN LLC ("we," "us," or "our") that reference these Terms, including the APPI RolePlay website and related community resources (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We may refuse or terminate access where we reasonably believe these requirements are not met.
3. Rockstar Games, Take-Two, and third-party platforms
APPI RolePlay is an independent community project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Rockstar Games, Rockstar North, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., or their affiliates (collectively, "Take-Two / Rockstar"). Grand Theft Auto, GTA, Rockstar Games, Rockstar North, and related marks and logos are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. in the United States and other countries. All rights reserved. References to GTA V, Grand Theft Auto V, or related intellectual property are for identification only and do not imply any license or endorsement.
Our community server may be accessed using third-party software and services (for example, the FiveM client and Cfx.re infrastructure). Those services are provided by their respective operators under separate terms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party clients, platforms, or stores.
4. Description of the Services
The Services may include informational content, links, registration or waitlist flows, Discord community access, and directions for connecting to a multiplayer roleplay experience. Features change over time. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services with or without notice.
5. Accounts & community rules
Where we offer accounts, registration, or participation in Discord or in-game activities, you agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must follow our server and community rules when posted, as well as applicable laws and the terms of any third-party platform you use (including Discord and FiveM).
6. User content & license
If you submit feedback, suggestions, media, or other content to us ("User Content"), you grant AP SYSTEM32.BIN LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute User Content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Services. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license and that User Content does not violate third-party rights.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
- Harass, threaten, defraud, or harm other users or our staff.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, servers, or related systems.
- Distribute malware, scrape or overload our systems, or circumvent security measures.
- Use the Services to infringe Take-Two / Rockstar or others' intellectual property.
- Misrepresent affiliation with Take-Two / Rockstar, FiveM, or AP SYSTEM32.BIN LLC.
8. Intellectual property
Except for User Content and third-party materials, the Services and our branding are owned by AP SYSTEM32.BIN LLC or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials except as allowed by these Terms or with our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AP SYSTEM32.BIN LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL AP SYSTEM32.BIN LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
11. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AP SYSTEM32.BIN LLC and its affiliates, officers, members, and employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.
14. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
15. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AP SYSTEM32.BIN LLC regarding the Services. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
